ROAD TO MONGOMO

Dear Golfer/PGA

This is to formally invite you and interested Golfers in your PGA to the 2nd 3E Actuaries OPEN – “Road to Mongomo” which will take place at the Presidential Golf Course in Mongomo from 10 -13 December 2015.

This will be for a maximum field of 60 Players with an half way cut. The Guaranteed minimum Prize fund is $70,000 USD (Seventy thousand USD).

The tournament is open to all professional Golfers who must be accredited by a local PGA.

The deadline for entries is 3rd October 2015on a first come first served basis. Sponsors Wild Cards available at Sponsors Discretion.

Tournament format is STROKE PLAY.

The following information is required:

  1. Player Name
  2. Player Country
  3. Local/Accrediting PGA
  4. T-Shirt Size
  5. Photo
  6. Short Bio/Resume

The following will be provided by tournament organizers:

  1. Bursary where required for Economy Travel Ticket to Malabo Equatorial Guinea; deductible from winnings for players who make the CUT
  2. Complimentary Accommodation at a Four Star Hotel – Two sharing (no complimentary accommodation for caddies – accommodation details will be provided on request)
  3. Complimentary Transportation from Malabo Equatorial Guinea to Mongomo; All players will arrive at Malabo
  4. Sponsors will be making VISA arrangements as required; Passport DATA pages will be required on confirmation of participation

References about quality of event is available on request from Professional Players who have taken part in the two Championships in Equatorial Guinea. The Golf Event Ambassadors are copied in this regard.
